Who we are

Storm Sevens is run by GreyHill Studios, MB, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 308164150), Girulių g. 10, LT-12112 Vilnius, Lithuania. It decides how the data described here is used and is responsible for it; “we” in this policy means that company.

What we collect

An install identifier: a random code created on your device the first time you play. We store only a one-way hash of it. It lets the game find your progress and nothing else.

Your game progress: coins, level, missions, collections, settings, and the results of your spins.

Gameplay events: spins, rewards, level-ups, and moments such as running out of coins, each with the time it happened. Until your first spin, also how far the game got on the way to it (the game loaded, the first machine shown, the privacy questions answered, but not your answers, the first spin tapped, or why the game could not start), each with the time since you opened the app. We use these to balance the game, make it easier to start, and fix problems.

If you sign in with Apple or Google: the account identifier that provider gives us for this game. With Apple, also a token Apple issues to us for this game, used only to revoke the game’s access to your Apple ID when you delete your account. We do not receive or store your name, email address, contacts, or password.

If you buy a coin pack or a pass: which one, when, and the store's transaction identifier, so a purchase is credited exactly once. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see your card or billing details.

If you watch a rewarded ad: that the ad was completed, as confirmed to us by the ad network.

If you allow notifications: your device's notification address (a push token issued by Apple) and your time zone offset, so we can tell you when a free reward is ready and never at night. Turn notifications off in your device's settings at any time.

If the game hits an error: the error message, where in the game it happened, and the app version, so we can fix it.

If you answer whether you are enjoying the game, or send us feedback: your answer, what you write, and the app version, so we can make the game better. Kept until you delete your account.

Advertising

The game shows ads served by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch one. There are no other ads. Google receives information from your device such as its IP address, device and app details, and how you interact with the ad, under Google's privacy policy.

When the game first starts, your device asks whether you allow the game to track you, and in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you are first asked for your consent to ads. If you allow tracking, Google may use your device's advertising identifier to show you personalized ads and to measure them across other companies' apps and websites. If you do not, you are shown non-personalized ads, and nothing about you is used to choose them. You can change your answer at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy, Tracking, and, where consent was asked, under Ad privacy choices in the game's Settings.

If you installed the game after tapping one of our ads in the App Store, Apple tells us which ad campaign and search keyword that was. It does not tell us who you are, and we receive it without tracking you.

To learn which of our own ads bring players, the game uses Tenjin, a measurement company. When the game opens, Tenjin receives your device’s vendor identifier, its IP address, and device and app details; then when you reach 10, 25, 50 and more spins; and each purchase we have verified, with its price and the store’s transaction. Tenjin passes this to the ad network whose ad led to your install, so it can tell which ads work. If you allowed tracking, Tenjin also receives your device’s advertising identifier. Where you were asked for consent to ads and did not give it, Tenjin receives nothing. Apple’s own ad measurement (SKAdNetwork) also tells ad networks, in aggregate and without identifying you, how far players their ads brought have played and whether they paid. To have what Tenjin holds about your device deleted, write to us.

What we do not collect

No name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or photos. The game does not track you across other apps or websites unless you allow it when asked (see Advertising).

How we use it

To run the game and keep your progress, to restore progress when you sign in on another device, to deliver what you buy or earn, and to understand in aggregate how the game is played. We do not sell personal data.

Where it is stored

On servers run for us by Convex, a hosting provider, and in transit over encrypted connections. Apple and Google handle sign-in under their own privacy policies.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete account and progress erases your progress, your linked sign-ins, and every install linked to it, immediately, and your gameplay events, install attribution, error reports and feedback within minutes. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke the game’s access to your Apple ID. Purchase records are kept, because financial records must be, without any link to you: once the account is gone they cannot be tied back to a person.

Children

The game is for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed at children.
